If you feel that you have been discriminated, harassed, or faced violence because you are Muslim or were perceived to be Muslim and require legal support, please call:

In order to be eligible for the program, you must meet the following criteria to receive assistance:

1. Must live in British Columbia or have a legal issue for which BC is the jurisdiction
2. While there may be other issues involved, the case is primarily or at its core about Islamophobia
3. Legal issue
4. Reasonable chance of success
5. Do not currently have a lawyer

*Legal advice is provided to all clients regardless of their financial status. However, representation is granted on a case by case basis.
